01What you are licensing

You are buying time-limited, authenticated access to the GoalPulse API for one or more applications you own. You are not buying the underlying provider data, our source code, or the right to resell API access as your own product.

Plans are recurring monthly subscriptions billed securely through our payment provider (Lemon Squeezy). Your license key stays active for each paid period and renews automatically until you cancel. You can cancel at any time — access continues to the end of the period you have already paid for and you are not billed again.

02License scope and activation

• • Every plan includes one active app license key; the plan you buy sets the daily request volume that key may carry. Fleets that run more than one app are provisioned and tracked through our multi-app fleet system.
• • Every plan reaches every endpoint and the same data. Tiers differ only in daily request volume — no endpoint is reserved for a higher plan.
• • A key belongs to the application it was issued for. Sharing one key across unrelated products, or publishing it in a public repository, is a breach — keys are intended for server-side or app-side use, never for open distribution.
• • Your key is tied to one registered app (its package name / signing identity). You can change that app at any time — just message us the new package name on WhatsApp or email and we will update your license. There is no re-purchase and no extra fee, subject to one active app per key.
• • Activation happens as soon as payment is confirmed; we send the key and the integration notes directly to you.
• • Renewing on a higher plan raises your daily quota the same day. Downgrading takes effect at the start of the next period so your current quota is never cut mid-billing.

03Daily quotas and rate limits

Every plan is measured in API requests per calendar day, and the counter resets at 00:00 UTC regardless of where you or your users are.

Going over the daily quota returns a clear error response with a Retry-After header rather than a silent failure; the same applies when too many requests arrive from one client in a short window. Traffic that is genuinely bursty (a kickoff spike, a push notification) is exactly what the higher tiers exist for.

Caching responses inside your app or on your own server is strongly encouraged and is not counted against you twice: each request that reaches us counts once, including calls made with bypassCache enabled.

04Acceptable use

• • Do not resell, sub-license, proxy or mirror the API so that third parties can consume it as their own data feed.
• • Do not scrape or bulk-export endpoints to build a competing dataset, and do not attempt to defeat license checks, quotas or rate limits.
• • Do not use the service to deliver content that is unlawful in your jurisdiction, and do not present our data as official match-result certification for betting settlement or regulated purposes.
• • Keep attribution reasonable: if your product surfaces provider names in an about screen, that is good practice, but you may not imply that a league or provider endorses your app.

05Data accuracy and availability

Scores, events, lineups and statistics reach you from third-party sports data providers. Our job is ingestion, normalisation, caching and stable delivery — and we work hard at it, publishing a live health probe on this site.

We cannot promise that every match in every competition is available, or that a provider will never publish a correction, a delay or an error. A goal that is later reversed by a video review will appear reversed in our feed too.

You are responsible for how your application handles missing or late data: retry logic, graceful empty states and your own app-store compliance remain yours.

06Fees, payment and changes

Prices are quoted in USD per month and are the same whichever supported payment method or invoice you use. Payments are processed securely by our payment provider (Lemon Squeezy); any card or processor fees are set by them, and we refund the full quoted amount when a refund is due.

Plan prices and quotas may change as the product grows. We give at least 14 days' notice to active licensees, and a key already issued keeps its tier for the period already paid.

Taxes, withholding and duties are your responsibility where your jurisdiction requires you to handle them.

07Suspension and termination

We may suspend a license key for non-payment, quota or abuse violations, or when required by law or by an upstream provider's terms. Where it is practical, we contact you first and explain what has to change.

You can cancel your subscription at any time — your key stays active until the end of the current paid period and simply stops renewing. On request we will confirm what data we hold about your license so nothing is a mystery.

08Liability

The service is provided without warranties beyond those we can actually control. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the API is limited to the fees you paid us for the twelve months before the claim, and we are not liable for lost profits, store penalties, or indirect or consequential damages.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

09Refunds

All sales are final. Because a GoalPulse key is provisioned instantly and consumed continuously, we do not issue refunds for a change of mind once a key has been issued — you can cancel the subscription instead to stop all future billing. The only exceptions are genuine failures on our side: if a working key is not delivered, or the product materially does not do what this site promises. 10Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws applicable to iAC Studio's place of business. Before any formal step, we would genuinely prefer you email us — most disputes end with a working key and an apology.
